Byzantine revival earrings of high karat gold set
with genuine garnets and pearls.
Though modern copies after the antique, these
lovely earrings are virtually indistinguishable
from the Byzantine prototypes on which they are
based. Every element, the fluid design, the
almost pure gold, the royal purple garnets and
the pearls, was favored by the court jewelers of
Constantinople during Byzantium’s height. These
delightful jewels would have been perfectly at
home in the ears of an empress. Whoever wears
them today is certain to feel like royalty as well.
